yep I'm excited. Glad I got in heavy with this REIT & held in. Hoping one day in a few yrs time they may do a share buyback & then cancel them. This will reduce the number of shares on offer.
Anyhow thats for another day/year.
Reason for SP rise is either someone is looking at us or FKP is looking at a "great" opportunity to acquire.
This really is a good stock to hold.
