Unfort for me means i have to wait until it gets back to twice it NTA for me to get back into profit..
good to see it is finally moving though and in the right direction, hopefully it is a sign that they may start paying a decent dividend again and make it worthwhile for me to hold..
I have a feeling this may just be the beginning of a re-rating of A Reit and property related companies... I also hope that it finds its way across to J Reits as. My only saving grace on the japanese ones is the rediculously good dividends.. Worth holding as long as the captial value maintains itself
