FWP - my opinion is that the stock price is depressed, as the company cannot say where the rest of the money needed to start production is going to come from.

There is probably concern another share capital raising is going to be needed to at last fund part of it. If that is the case then further dillution would occur.

That could also be why the SP is been depressed as you put it so that a SPP would be at a lower price, and therefore more profit to be made on the upswing.

Either that or the alternative arguement is that based on past experiences with this company, that the market just doesn't trust the directors to deliver what they say they are going to.

I'll keep a foot in both camps for the moment.
