Renouncible means it can be traded. There will be some medium in to trade this. Non-eligible holders may include some OS investors and they tend to receive the difference between the offer price and current share price as a payment for not having the opportunity to participate.
Offer price is still $6.25 for retail I think so not sure anyone will pass up a $1+ per share profit.
