I certainly hope so.

In terms of reserves, IMP has 1PV10 gas reserves of $100M (more if you factor in the slow decline of the wells and do a 1PV30) - the shallow wells not affected by the NY ban on hor. frac.

Management slackness at getting attention plus all assets being US + complexity of analysing the assets given their uniqueness (multiple formation gas wells) + ban in NY - this stock doesn't make me optimistic this is going to end up on anyone's radar anytime soon.

Management also history of not giving anything to shareholders but paying themselves a nice fat salary.

The only thing that will save these guys is a dividend.
