I think the title of this thread is a bit more relevant for the current situation.

While the share price is yet to CLOSE above $1, the intra day move above the pyschological $1 resistance today appears a lot more convincing than the other times. I suspect that the big boys have accumulated enough shares over the last few months and are ready to let the share price run. With drilling results just around the corner, I feel that the breakout this time is for real.
