17,000 volume today = 1350 (@0.135c)+840(@0.12c)=$2190 worth of trades - i.e. 3/4 of stuff all.
Furthermore, there is currently a seller below last trade which hasn't been filled - no one is interested.
Not quite a "breakout". Stock is dead. It will get there but will require good news at this point IMHO.
