Tmac, I think you're right about PV. Given its highly likely Paloma will be farmed down the PV resource should exceed Paloma in terms of net back to the company.
Assuming success at PV my gut feeling says they will stay as 100% owner operator similar to NSA as PV wells are relatively shallow so low cost to drill and develop. Given this field has already been proven to flow at commercial rates by Husky in the 70's development risk ought to be low. Production costs will be higher given thermal enhancement requirements but this is well proven methodology used by many of our neighbours like Chevron.
Just got to get those permits.
