NSA water well to be drilled this w/e,PV permitting - meetings held with local community - have three weeks to raise any objections,none so far after two weeks. Block 105 a rig is available for june/july,terms negotiated,just awaiting sign off(should be by end march)
Neons daily chart am new to elliot wave so may be totally wrong but here's what i see There has been a perfect a-b-c correction since the mid dec 12 high At the low of wave c (21.5c)the impulsive wave one started. It reached 28c and has since retraced to the expected 50 to 61.8 level(only 50% so far)so it will complete wave two shortly and also it has been on lower volume which is good. Then the wave three (the biggest of the five waves - definitley the one to ride up) should start. This is where i buy my third parcel as this all co-incides with news soon to come. Any comments on my findings appreciated. cheers Filbert
