Lesson 1-just because the CEO prefers to take shares in lieu of cash is not necessarily a good sign. Lesson 2-having VPE as a joint venture partner is not necessarily a good thing. Lesson 3-a sh!tty old oil field that is heavily water cut is not what promoters say it will be,rather it will continue to be a sh!tty old oil field (please note holders of EPE/LGO).It does not justify the costs of establishing a brand new exploration office in Brisbane when your head office is Perth. Lesson 4-really do your homework on management-not necessarily an easy task. Lesson 5- HC pumpers are just that. Lets hope they have success in the offshore play with GOG otherwise .......
