Of course but recent HD satellite images are expnsive to obtain, images are freely available from US and bureau of meterology are recent and have poor for magnified image clarity.
Google maps are not daily satellite images however, it would appear to be an easy process to identiy a largish camp - the Nova mine and service sites are clearly visible in maps dated January 2016.
