Well if your right, it would mean zero dilution... But I think very unlikely...
Taking on 60M worth of debt puts the balance sheet under significant pressure, and also increases the risk of investing in EMX 10 fold. A JV offering 15% of mine (or something similar) would be far more beneficial to company and shareholders in my opinion. I am however very conservative, I would prefer to not take on risk through debt. Not until there is some revenue to repay said loans, and firm up the balance sheet...
