Looks like a promising result (exceeding guidance), and potentially means better times ahead. Revenues were down 1% to $282M, NPAT down 32% to $38M, while EPS down 29% to 12cps. This puts AGI on ~20x FY17 earnings which is attractive considering the 2H17 was much stronger (up 30%), and the momentum is being carried into FY18. Formal financial guidance will be given at the AGM in November, but this is shaping up to be a very good turnaround story. At the very least, downgrade cycle seems to be over which is the first step to a recovery. Accumulate.
