The break @ $1.96c., and close, above the upper lr line (on relative higher volume) was a sign the down trend starting from 09/16 was over.
Confirmation that same is 'done and dusted' will be closing prices that respect the $2.20c. level...... from above.
Just my take........and a case of buy the break?
