    HOw does morningstar work? I find that they just up or down estimates according to the price at the time. Is there any science to it which i dont know?
    Even with CL1 a.70 is the technical point. Look at the chart and draw a line down from 3.43 oct 3 2017 and u will see it borders the 1.70 mark.
