    i assumed it was issues with groundhog.

    Elan looks great and having transport infrastructure right up to the mine (with capacity for our coal) is amazing.

    im in AKM which is Mongolian coking Coal that’s landlocked but Mongolia’s Richest man just put in $33m and is providing $100m guarantee so it looks like that project might go ahead.
