    Same again.....a fund cannot put in a bid to build a position.
    So they wait for a C R ........that in turn does not include
    retail investors .....so we miss out.
    Same on all of the ASX.

    Manipulation is involved with 85% of trades
    on the DOW..........on GOOGLE
    At a guess we would be similar.
