Have trouble imagining that the agreement won't be made. It is after all PNG land, and if the PNG people want it, then Rudd going against it can only hurt relations between the two countries. It is looking very optimistic. Also Frontier have offered great financial incentive to the PNG people, so it is in the best interest of them to really push it with Rudd this arvo.
