I just bought a modest holding in this recently: some of the numbers and prospects seemed solid and worthwhile having.
The buyback may well be driving the share price north as the number of shares on issue shrinks; I haven't got a problem with that. Better than the dilution I've copped or had to cough up more money to avoid in others of my holdings.
