They will aim to get access and convert the resource target to JORC (once access is granted I don't see that this should be difficult - the previous estimate was done in accordance with the coal estimation guidelines of the time which were subsequently incorporated into the JORC guidelines). At that stage the market will value the coal resource properly and they will have more options open to them about how to proceed to the next stage.
