Lopez, I’m remembierin a discussion on a US site . I think the results were obviously positive enough to go to Phase 3, but likely to have the same issues as GVHD pre MSB where product quality may have not be as good and patient selection criteria may not be as accurate as would be today.
My observation is that MSB 2 years post the CRL is a significantly more sophisticated science following the detailed. Analysis on GVHD and the ARDS trial. 2008 when the Osiris trial started would be sticks and stones by comparison.
