I think exit depends on timing. If I see a big price jump that I'm confident it'll pull back from, then I might sell with the intention of buying back in if the opprtunity presents. Otherwise, I'm happy to let it slow burn for a few years and watching climb to over $10/share hopefully.
Either way, I'd be unlikely to sell below an all time high.
