Whenever I hear that from Technicians I just hold on for the innevitable slide. Technical Analysis overall is BS. It serves its purpose don't get me wrong but overwhelmingly it is lacking in so many areas. However, there is no substitute for research.
Someone said earlier to tay something about a broken clock. In case the analogy was missed by some the full version goes like this:
"Even a broken clock is right twice a day."
