The Dubai miracle as gone by the wayside, just google the words "dubai collapse" Even projects that were 80% complete have come to a stop. All this is bringing down the cost of getting things - other projects - done within the GCC and the broader Middle East. Arabtec, a major Dubai/UAE contractor has just picked up a big job in Saudi as there's no work to be had in Dubai.
