Of course its not an indicator of value. But its one of the indicators to look at no? I did mention some of the other aspects of the current chart. Also NEU has been bouncing in the 3 range for weeks.
If I pay a chartist it certainly wouldn't be someone who roams around trashing various stocks and talking down to people all the time.
