Obtaining ownership of IP is a major step for further NEGOTIATIONS in obtaining a binding contract,especially with TINCOM.
What that will enable is the funding at LOY YANG POWER, FOR COMMERCIAL PLANT.
AGL at around 15th december 2009 ,united nation climate change conferance in Copenhagen ,will be observing with interest should australia adopt a strong view on carbon emmissions, and with coldry saving 30% on carbon emmissions,
may view ECT as a potential take over, or take a position on the register.
Just some thoughts for those that think ,ESI is a short term play .
