Kwaidan/Denny,
BPT and NXS are the only small company permit holders in the Browse Basin.
But TO is a big call.
NXS has some very sweet permits - they may get a better deal from BPT than the big lads - especially with their cash issues.
But I wouldn't look to much into BPT selling arrow (other than arrow having an anchor lifted) they are very prone to trading assets.
