My point still remains posters who disclose their "supposed" positions one way but clearly talk their game in opposition not only break their agreement with HC but also leave themselves well and truly open to ASIC investigation when they "disclose" supposed info claiming significant negatives for individual companies.

We certainly don't want ASIC taking any of these "traders" to task for doing exactly what some brokers/insto's are currently being investigated for now do we?
