    re: looking strong the only uncertainties i am aware of are the fol:
    - the 'life of mine' contract with chinese party is in place
    - the plant will be working by apr 04 and the first shipment of nickel concentrates will go to china
    - results of the tender for lanfranchi assets cld be announced anytime now
