The fact that they are have to recruit extra drillers ie other drillers fully utilised is what is is also a bullish signal for me. As well as fact their last announcement talked about a delay of projects which have since commenced post June which bones well for a good Dec result...
I see this stock as a laggard as other comparable players like ASL and BLY have already doubled etc from their bottoms.
