I think there may be a preliminary report due on 20 August. This is only a few days off. In any case enough has been revealed to indicate a very busy future workload for the company.

On the ASX issue I had the post deleted after reading all the caveats, disclaimers and copyright infringement warnings on the very bottom of their email. Basically they found no evidence of disclosure failure or insider trading. Like all of us they can't take responsibility for the information they post and I don't blame them. These days you can get sued for hiccupping the wrong way and no investigation or audit is ever foolproof.
