Yes the oil and gas sector is a beauty - and the sp is working on the promise of future earnings whereas for TZN, as you would expect, the sp is only on present earnings and they are diluted by having to repay the $30m debt (relatively small, imo, left over after the successful Angas start up).
I imagine that as the world becomes more convinced the GFC is receding materials will start to be valued for future earnings too - and, as you suggest, that may be a while. But hope not.

Nevertheless in my book, some dilution to get TZN looking more sexy is the go - imagine no Investec.
