I have detailed my valuation on a previous post. It is based on recent take over prices paid for each resource tonne. Takeover price obviously is based on a number of factors including proximity of transport, shipping and nearby port infrastruture, coal quality, etc, etc because of these variations, the prices paid have ranged from 28c/t to $2/t. I have used 28c/t.
