SHV's announcement was no news.......and the media overrepresented what the announcement meant......SHV has negotiated management rights until the orchard owner sack them....hehe......hardly secure
I think though, SHV will multiply a few times on this current share price......and I'm hoping for no takeover moves quickly......and it is business as usual for SHV
Olam is committed to the market and note in one of their presentations that acquiring upstream and downstream assets will be easy since asset prices are depressed due to almond prices below long term average
The reality is the current distressed sale of MIS assets provides a low value base for one or two players to carve up the entire industry.......after the low hanging fruit are picked.....the highest prices will be bid for the last assets of the consolidation.........I'm hoping SHV will be that
