Rather than purchasing shares in Real Estate / Property related companies, I decided to buy some shares in a company that supplies products to the property sector, both residential and commercial. Equivalent of the good old picks and shovel strategy for the mining sector. Details in the HC thread Speculative Stock Portfolio. Possibly a potential breakout if it continues to uptrend.
