I have just had my left hip replaced and when I talked to my surgeon before we started, he said the left hip was too far gone but he actually recommended i try the trial after surgery to see if it helps slow the degradation on my right hip. He said he knows about IPPS and said he has heard some good things. It's good to see that it just depends on the surgeon as to whether they are willing to trust new technology, and in my experience it is usually the older generation that are far less likely to accept any new science until it is well and truly proven
