CGP will A$5 million for the global license and first year royalty with further minimum payments to Consegna of A$3million in the second year, A$5million in the third year, A$7million in the fourth year and A$10million in the fifth year or 25% of gross profit each year, whichever is the greater.
Worth ~24mill NPV at 10% discount.
