    I don't have problem with NTA to be 60c, much better than negative nta. With centro's survival if you add services business of 1.7b , the sp should be minimum $1.8. Things are looking positive. Sp of 0.34 cents is far below the actual value. It probably doesn't assume lender's support. High risk high gain. I am in it.
