In the posts, he is being blamed for lack of accurate reporting, something which may have caused numerous types of losses for the company and something which might have been illegal. No-one said 'i blame him for my loss', thats investing.
But if someone is accountable, they need to be held to it.
If not, so be it. I seriously think, along with others, that JC did breach continual disclosure laws amid a campaign by ASIC to stop such reporting.
Seeing as he is still a consultant, all the commentary on HIM goes into the MAE bin/forum.
Thats why the company should not associate with him in any way.
Yet they do? And so im prompted gain to ask: has anyone else been told that JC has family at or near the Clear Creek site who might be close to information leakages and rumours?
