did a little exercise last night before going to sleep
took 3 slow in and then out breathes.
Massage the balls of the feet looking for any areas of discomfort, found 2 and lightly pressed them and said gidday.
Woke up at dawn and had some really cool dreams and the sauna dream (it was hot ya tell ya) helped me wake up feeling refreshed
might try it again tonight
