And how many years did it take for anyone to make serious $ from computers, apart from IBM, and a few other that all went to the wall.
RE may have a great future, but be prepared to hold for 10 years plus if investing on possible future usage for the materials.
Of course we can all get lucky and strike 'gold' but don't bet your house on wishful thinking.
