I have some reservations about the consultancy agreement.
AGREEMENT WITH C14 CONSULTING GROUP
The Directors of Biotron Limited (Biotron or the Company) (ASX: BIT) have appointed the USA based C14 Consulting Group LLC (C14) to assist and guide the Company in fulfillment of strategic partnerships for its portfolio of antiviral programs including its lead clinical asset BIT225.
Normally, these consultancies are not this vague - and concentrate on one or two products. BIT seems to have moved away from even suggesting that BIT225 is an HIV treatment and is more of a generalised anti-viral.
Having a specialised treatment for a particular disease would seem to be a better course to attract partners and commercial deals.
Something is not right here.
