SH visibility is poor, especially in light of circumstances, no argument there.

Equally, those who seeingly obsess with the downside risk, could in fact be correct.

For mine, the presence of an active consultant promoting the proposition, concurrent with another asx listed stock provides reassurance.

I suspect the upfront cost is minimal for BIT and the success reward high for c14.

I also think about the obvious counterside of the discussion, ie management is better aware of the situation than anyone commenting here. And... we haven't heard them sound alarm bells

Given the horizon, the presence of C14, the Becker statement re interest mid year, and the breadth and evel of novel development I suspect its a matter of terms not yay or nay. - I could be wrong

The SP is so low presently that any sort of confidence from C14 will produce a material market reaction imo

For me it presents a fairly straight forward alternate set. Price if right, price if wrong

The thing is we don't know if BIT will or has received a confirmation email saying interest has been expressed. However we do know at some point they will need to discuss a plan for cash. It could be a raise, it could be something more exciting. It could even be a wind up....but they will need to announce, when exactly, I'm not sure.

The only other scenario I envisage is a delisting to continue with the noise. Who wants it?

Regardless, prima face, it would appear an email from C14 could launch this stock and I doubt that opportunity cost had been priced in by some here.

Of course, whilst it's intriguing and well followed. Other stocks out there,likely ones with better comms and clear next steps.
