SHs' and Tax payers' money is not charity money, which Michelle should understand. Michelle and her team need to show the work that make business senses. Michelle needs to understand that she is not showing any work that make the compnay close to making money or bringing value to the SHs. Why should she be paid?
Michelle needs to arrange an EGM with an agenda to lower her salary. It is purely unjust that Michelle and Peter are drawing full salary without doing anything that make business sense.
