The Dow had gone up because simply the rest of the world is just being to catch on to the profound wisdom of *His Greatness*. Through Shear tactical brilliance he had achieved a 10% tariff on all countries (bar China) which has effectively changed the unsustainable risings debt crisis situation in America to financial recovery, which is what the Americans voted him in to do. He doesn’t have to change his tariff on China, don’t you see that?, the objective has been achieved, they are stuffed.
