E means Europe who haven't been spending enough on war so E = 0.5 for contributions.
Q means Qanon who won (1) him the last election so Q = 1.
Mi again is MAGA which as we know is 27. Obviously Mi is the biggest and most important number ever seen in world history.

So if Ti = xi - Mi over E * Q * Mi then the answer out of the Trump mathetizer is in fact 200%. That must be right. Apple sells 200% of all phones. Gee thats impressive.
