Fair enough. If however you actually believed that they had done something inappropriate / illegal for which they could be legitimately sued by shareholders then I assume that such act / event has already occurred. If so then the insurance covers acts committed whilst the insurance is in place. If the company subsequently goes into liquidation and they stop paying the insurance that doesn't get the insurance company off the hook for subsequent claims for acts committed whilst the policy was valid.

I don't think these guys are necessarily competent to run a public company and I have been saying this for a number of years despite the howls of protest from some here who wanted to nominate MM for a Nobel prize. That said I'm not sure what specific act or omission would be the bases of any class action. The warning signs have been there for years as one company claim or comment after another was shown to be misguided. Whether they actually believed what they said or not we shall never know.

I actually believe that some of the worst lies and manipulation weren't told by management but by some posters here who routinely just made sh1te up to fool others. Don't get me wrong I have long believed and said openly that management are full of it but many here came to believe the lies peddled by other posters who they trusted. Thats just as big a crime in my opinion.
