I totally agree with your sentiment but you must understand how many of these companies come and go from the ASX. Companies collapse all the time. Some suffer spectacular sudden collapses due to specific events but most suffer a long and painful spiral down until there is nothing left to save. Many get delisted then just sort of disappear along with remaining assets never to be heard of again by shareholders.
Its not the ASX's job to investigate. If they pay their listing fees to the ASX and appear to be abiding by the listing rules then the ASX as a private company is happy to take their money. They don't like delisting companies because they lose revenue but by the time most companies are delisted I'm not sure there is much left to pay the fees anyway which is why they stop providing required reporting etc which leads to the delisting.
If there is anything really wrong, as in illegal, its ASIC's job to investigate. Rarely does this happen in reality. They have limited resources and shareholders who ping them emails rarely spell out evidence of supporting claims of actual misconduct. Remember general incompetence or inability to run a business isn't against the law and rarely will ASIC go digging looking for anything unless there is substantive evidence to start with.
The onus is on the claimant to provide proof of fraud. Go have a look at the prospectus from the latest CR and look at the wording carefully crafted by lawyers who have spent decades continually enhancing the standard wording and disclaimers associated with the offer. I presume you read the prospective from page to page each time you put money in right?
I'm a long term critic of management of this company and I have even written past posts about certain acts which should probably have been investigated because in my opinion the evidence suggests possible illegality however shareholders didn't care in the past. They wanted people like me to shutup and said I wouldn't be allowed to come to the $1 party. Wait long enough and the opportunity to hold them to account goes away. I think you are past that point now, or at least you will be shortly.
