Thanks for your honesty—it’s a tough truth, but one that needs to be faced.

Many holders are deep in the red with Biotron, and while it’s tempting to move on, this is no longer just about financial loss—it’s about accountability. As long as management continues to draw salaries and dilute shareholders without delivering outcomes, silence only empowers them.

One doesn’t need a lawyer to act. Shareholders can unite, file complaints with ASIC, vote against inflated executive pay, and demand clear updates. One voice can be dismissed—but collective action cannot. If no one acts, nothing changes. I’m acting—and I encourage others to join me.

Those who’ve invested in Biotron must recognise the importance of strong corporate governance. When individuals like Michelle and Hoy continue to operate without oversight—enabled by third parties—it raises serious concerns about the effectiveness of our regulators.

If C14 brings nothing concrete, Michelle and Hoy should not be allowed to extract another cent from shareholders. I’ve been openly critical of this leadership, and I believe this manipulation must end—either Michelle delivers through C14, or she’s exposed for manipulating shareholders, taxpayers, and even regulators.
