Max Lux twin and GY buddy!, it’s time we talk about accountability—especially for CEOs who draw substantial salaries from shareholder funds while delivering little to no tangible outcomes.

There should be higher taxes on executive compensation when CEOs like Michelle Miller take shareholder money without driving real progress. It’s time for performance-based accountability. CEOs should be rewarded through in-stock performance bonuses—linked directly to company revenue growth, commercial milestones, and tangible results—not just paid to manage the status quo or outsource responsibility.

Michelle Miller handing off her responsibilities to C14—whether you call it Cute 14, Criminal 14, Clandestine 14, or Collaborator 14—while simultaneously approving retention fees to C14 from shareholder funds, and continuing to draw her own salary without delivering results, is a clear failure in governance. This is the kind of behaviour that functions like an undetected cancer in the system, quietly draining value while avoiding scrutiny.

It’s not just poor leadership—it’s a systemic loophole that regulators, policymakers, and investors must address. Tax structures should discourage passive, non-performance-based pay and enforce consequences for executives who benefit without building. It’s time to shift incentives from entitlement to outcome—and Biotron run my Michelle is a perfect case study in why.
